Dear 2016 you have not been our best year. We bid adieu to prolific icons, we ushered in a man that spouts hate, bigotry and misogyny to the highest office, we watched as corporate greed blasted water protectors, mass shooting of Pulse, unlawful police killings, Flint water crisis… This list could go on and on. Honestly i’m not sure 2017 is going to be better but I can say this corner of 17 Thames Bushwick, Brooklyn will be. We ladies will continue to do donation days we will stand by Planned Parenthood, Nodapl, Trevor Project, True Colors Fund, Black Lives Matter, ACLU and more. So for now 2016 you can SUCK IT!
